Feel free to contact us immediately (within 24 hours) to see if we can modify your order. Sometimes we can but sometimes we can't. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders. All items are made to order and shipped.

Keeping things simple is our motto. So to return a purchase, drop by your local US Postal Office or schedule a home pickup with your return in its original packaging. Because we are a (very) small boutique, we are unable to offer free return shipping at this time. 

We understand that things happen and tastes change from time to time. Although we truly hope you relish your purchase, if you should need to return your items, please do so within 7 days of delivery. In addition, purchases must be returned in the condition you received them in order to process your refund. Instructions for returns are included with all purchases. 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order details. A separate email will follow shortly after, providing your tracking information.  

We use UPS and USPS for our deliveries and offer standard shipping. Because our items are made to order and individually prepared (with love), same-day order fulfillment is not available; and keep in mind, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.  So please allow for order preparation. 

At this time, we do not offer international delivery. Orders are currently shipped within the United States only.
